Gustavo Fernandez, a Children International sponsor and professional wedding and portrait photographer, combines his passion for photography and his love of motorcycles to help poor children around the world in a campaign called H.O.G. for Kids. This second annual ride, named for his love of his Harley-Davidson motorcycle and photography, kicks off Gustavos goal to sponsor 50 children from the Dominican Republic.

Gustavo rides his Harley-Davidson 100 YR Anniversary Fatboy to cities like Phoenix, Los Angeles, Chicago and New York to photograph children. In return, he asks the childrens families to sponsor a child from the Dominican Republic.

Join Gustavo Fernandez and the H.O.G. for Kids Campaign to sponsor a child. Its easy and fun to sponsor a child! Search through the Children International database for the boy or girl from the Dominican Republic you wish to sponsor. Your one-to-one connection will create lasting change in a childs life.

The HOG For Kids Project is designed to raise awareness and support for impoverished boys and girls in the Dominican Republic (DR). Many Dominican children grow up in extreme poverty, giving them a disadvantaged start in life. As these children transition to adolescence and later adulthood, breaking the cycle of poverty is daunting.

First, Gustavo will embark on a cross country tour of the United States on his Harley-Davidson motorcycle (the HOG).

This 2nd annual ride will include visits to clients and friends, with stops in at least 18 cities including Phoenix, Los Angeles, Denver, St. Louis, Chicago, Pittsburg and New York.

Gustavo will perform a photo shoot of the children of these clients free of charge. In return Gustavo will ask them to support a needy child in the DR through the sponsorship program of Children International, an international humanitarian organization based in Kansas City, Missouri.

If You would like to Help Gustavo reach his Goal to help 50 needy children grow to be healthy, educated and prepared to meet the challenges of adulthood while raising awareness about child poverty around the world.

The GO|BEE ... Photography Mentor Party at the Luxor Hotel drew even more people than we expected. With an incredible bartender, Peter that we flew in from the OC, the drinks were flowing at an alarming rate. We almost doubled our stock on alcohol from last year and ran out 2 hours earlier than last year. Now that is impressive! "The club" (as we called) it was bumpin with the incredible professional DJ services of Michael Fort and his team from The Integritas Group. As usual we all had a a blast taking pictures in the Foto Cabina PhotoBooth. Below you can view the slideshow!

I love Pictage's Annual Partner Conference, every year this conference is filled with brand spanking new inspiration and genuine new friendships from around the country.

This year was an entirely new experience for Sara and I.

It was so wonderful meeting everyone who came and visited the GO|BEE booth, it was exciting to hear the positive feedback on the bags and watch people try them on and take them home!

I am excited to report our first trade show was an absolute success!

July 29th 2008 marked a very exciting day for GO|BEE!

After a year and a half of developing the Hip Clutch and Card Holster we finally received our first shipment!

I spent the day in Los Angeles signing papers and picking up our shipment, it was one of the most exciting experiences of my life, the day was full of extreme anticipation, excitement, anxiety and of course long lines and traffic, but i can honestly say that opening up the bags and seeing our vision come to life has to be one of the most intense feelings i have ever felt!

The day ended with a sense of relief and accomplishment as we celebrated with sushi!

The shipment is loaded and ready to come home to GO|BEE Headquarters aka my garage!

Just a little excited!

Check out the huge warehouse our bags were being held hostage!

Sara and I want to personaly Thank you for all your support!
